Content Warning is a game that can stick with you even when you are done playing. As long as you return from the Old World with your camera in hand, you can hold onto that footage. Dispose of it in the proper spot to get a disc that lets you upload your video to SpookTube. When done, you can click Save Video to Desktop to keep that video forever, but where does it go? Where can you find Content Warning saved videos?
Content Warning saved videos location
After you save your videos in Content Warning, you can find them easily on your desktop named content_warning[various characters].webm. Just double-click the icon like you would any other folder or application on your background to play it instantly.
If you deleted or moved those files, you can also look up your temporary storage for Content Warning. To do this, open your File Explorer and copy and paste %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\rec into the search bar at the top. Hit Enter, and you will see a list of folders that contain all of your recently saved Content Warning videos.

Navigation through these folders might be a little challenging because they don’t have any good names to distinguish them from others, but within each one will be a video file called fullRecording.webm. These are the entirety of the videos you saved. You will notice there are other folders in each section. These hold the segmented parts of your videos. You can find video and audio for every time you and your friends pressed record on the camera and ended that recording.
Unfortunately, we have not seen a way to designate a different spot for your Content Warning saved videos. For organization’s sake, you may want to create a new folder on your desktop and drag and drop them there.
