The time is almost upon us. The Remembering update for Disney Dreamlight Valley will be here soon and there is little time to waste. If you haven’t cleared out your valley, you might want to do so. Earlier today, June 6, the Disney Dreamlight Valley devs announced the official release date for update 5, the largest story update Dreamlight Valley will receive, and it is happening sooner than you think.

In a surprise twist, Gameloft unveiled a massive trailer that is almost two minutes long. This trailer unveils many things about the new update that we are happy to talk about and even reveals the all-important release date.

This is one update you won't soon forget 🌙✨#DisneyDreamlightValley's fifth major content update, The Remembering, launches June 7th at 9:00am ET! pic.twitter.com/2M865dfBEW

First things first, if you didn’t look at the trailer above, the release date for The Remembering is tomorrow! That is June 7. You can start playing the update shortly after it launches at 9 a.m. ET. That is 6 a.m. PT as well. The trailer did much to unveil what we can expect in the story and in the update.

First, let’s talk about the story. The Remembering is the next part of the story and it seems to focus on the Fairy Godmother. From the looks of it, a large rift has appeared in the sky and more Night Thorns are growing in the valley. The Fairy Godmother is confirmed to live in the Pumpkin House in the Forgotten Lands. On top of that, it appears we will be fixing the shrine in the Forgotten Lands as well.

As far as the treehouse goes, many fans are torn about who it could belong to. Some say Peter Pan while we think it could possibly belong to the player character, becoming a new secret area like the one Olaf was stowed away in.

More features were revealed starting with the furniture customization. Many different furniture styles were shown. Along with that, the upcoming Star Path items shown have been expanded to include Inside Out-themed couches, a fireplace, and even a motorcycle.

Finally, an update to the premium shop will bring skins for your Royal Tools as well as Pixar items from Big Hero 6 and Turning Red. There is so much to look forward to. We will see you all tomorrow for the launch!
