Crawl out through the fallout baby… and into the streets of London, England! The highly anticipated Fallout London launched today after its unfortunate delay in April due to Bethesda’s major next-gen update for Fallout 4. It may seem like a bit of a shocking “shadow drop” situation but the FOLON Team have been dropping hints all week as to when the launch date would be. And we can’t say we’re disappointed.

The mod website curated by FOLON Team goes on to give details about what we may be doing amid the rubble of Westminster and beyond. “The mod encapsulates the gritty, adventurous nature of the Fallout games with a new world, factions, storylines, NPCs, weapons, creatures, and more. This all comes together in a package tied with a uniquely British bow.”  Furthermore, they state that the game will feature an entirely new protagonist (unvoiced) with an entirely separate main storyline. It seems there is much more to look forward to in this fan-made iteration of Bethesda’s hit RPG series!

If you’re a fan of the Fallout franchise and cannot wait any longer for another mainline game, then give this one a go. The quality and dedication on this project alone is enough to leave players in awe, not to mention this massive “mod-spansion” is entirely free (as long as you already own the base game of Fallout 4 and ALL the DLC).

So I say it’s time. Strap on your pipboy and take a trip from the states to visit the irradiated world, just across the pond!  After all, “Whilst the location might have changed. War… war never changes.” You can learn more about Fallout London and the team here. This will be a great adventure to jump into while still riding the Amazon series high.
