There has been a lot of hype surrounding Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. After all, this title is one that many have waited a long time for. We already got a demo of the Nibelheim episode but many are wondering when is the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Junon demo update. After all, many of us want to play more of the game and we don’t want to wait much longer.

Luckily, you won’t need to wait too much longer to get the update since it will be relatively soon. You will get to try out some of the many playable characters in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. You will also get to explore some of the large open-world areas in the game. So when is the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Junon demo update?

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Junon demo update release date and time

The update for the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth demo, will be released on February 21, 2024, at 4am PST / 10am EST. This is almost exactly one week prior to the release of the full game on February 29, 2024. With eight days to play the Junon demo, you should have plenty of time to experience all of its content before the release of the full game. This part of the demo will give you more access to the characters and allow you to try out even more special attacks.

The first part of the demo allowed you to explore the Nibelheim episode which ends with the tale of Sephiroth’s origin story. While this second demo won’t be story-heavy, it will let you experience plenty of the game’s action and really get a handle on the combat.

While the first part of the trailer did focus on combat and gameplay, it only had a few fights and one area to really explore. At least we all got to play the piano in Tifa’s room which led to a bunch of fantastic covers.
