EVE wants to find something a bit more exciting than gardening in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Sure, hanging out with Wall-E is nice, but there is more to do in Eternity Isle. Maybe she needs a new partner in crime. Maybe she needs help from Stitch. Where will the When Things Go Boom quest take you?
There are plenty of quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley. If you don’t want to help EVE, you can always help out other residents. For instance, Goofy could use your help with The Ones That Got Away quest. Let’s see how we can help EVE in her final friendship quest. Disney Dreamlight Valley – When Things Go Boom quest walkthrough
When Things Go Boom is EVE’s final friendship quest. This means that you need to max out her friendship level and complete all her previous quests to unlock it. This includes her last quest titled Directive: Plant. To start this quest, talk to EVE. Once you are done, track down Stitch for another conversation.
Stich will give you the recipe for Experimental Fireworks and one thing of Cactus Powder. Go back to EVE. You will now need to go to EVE’s house to collect the Dreamlight Cobra Lily Extract from the Dreamlight Cobra Lily. With that, you will need to cook the Experimental Fireworks.
How to make the Experimental Fireworks
To make the Experimental Fireworks, you will need the following ingredients from the following locations:
- Cactus Powder – Given to you from Stitch
- Cinnamon – Found growing throughout the Wild Tangle biome
- Electric Eel – Obtained by fishing the orange ripples in The Grasslands and The Promenade sections of the Wild Tangle
- Dreamlight Cobra Lily Extract – Obtained from the Dreamlight Cobra Lily in EVE’s house
With the fireworks made, bring them to EVE. Follow EVE to The Docks in Ancient’s Landing and talk to her to test them out. The Fireworks will explode and engulf the area in fire (big surprise). Quick, put out the fires with your watering can and then talk to EVE.
Return to Stitch and let him know how the fireworks performed. He will tell you to search for Socks. Use your Royal Hourglass to track this item down. You need three of them in total. The socks seem to appear anywhere but for us, they appeared in The Ruins, The Lagoon, and the Wastes.
Bring the Socks to Stitch once you have collected them all. You will now need to gather the following items:
- Dream Shards – Found by destroying Night Thorns and Shards of Fate. Can also be found by digging sparkling spots.
- Red Pitcher Plants – Found in The Grove and The Lagoon sections of the Wild Tangle biome.
Once you have collected the items required, give them to EVE. You will now need to decorate Eternity Isle with the following items:
- 3x Cute Rugs
- 6x Cute Chairs
- 4x Cute Decorations
After placing all the items, talk to EVE and she will give you the Fireworks Launcher. Place this item anywhere in Eternity Isle. You can choose to wait for nightfall if you want a better display. Once you place the launcher, you will get treated to a fireworks display. Snap a picture to celebrate and talk to EVE to finish the quest.
