Palworld has received its latest update. Patch v0.2.3.0 fixes a myriad of bugs as well as increases the overall hatching speed of the electric incubator. Unfortunately, if you are playing on Xbox, this patch will most likely not help with the crashing issues the console has seen since the game’s launch. PocketPair has been good about fixing small issues in the game and has also teased new content coming later this year with the arena and future raids. Let’s go over what the latest patch does for both Steam and Xbox players. Here are the Palworld patch v0.2.3.0 notes.
Palworld patch v0.2.3.0 notes
The patch notes for update v0.2.3.0 are as follows. You can find these patch notes on the Palworld X page.

- Balance Adjustment
- The electric egg incubator now has increased hatching speed. Hatches at 1.5 times the normal rate.
- Optimization:
- Optimized the processing load of dedicated servers
- Bug Fixes:
- You can not pet some Pals that could not be pet due to a bug that prevented the “pet” option from working currently.
- Fixed an issue where base Pals would sometimes collide with each other on dedicated servers.
- [Xbox version only] Fixed an issue where the “Option to show/hide journey” and “option to change the scale of damage text numbers” were not working.
- Fixed other minor bugs
The increased egg-hatching time will be great for those who have been breeding Pals and trying to get the best breeding combinations. Hopefully, this fixes other issues such as the “can’t attack” error. The fixes in the patch are nothing major compared to the previous patch which fixed an issue where Pals were only dealing half their intended damage. Despite the bug fixes, there are still issues on the Xbox version of the game which can hopefully be resolved soon and prevent the game from crashing on the console.
