The Pokémon Company just revealed a brand new set of cards and exciting twists to gameplay that are headed to Pokémon TCG Pocket in the form of Extradimensional Crisis. You can watch the trailer for the newest update below.
In prior leaks, dataminers previously reported that Ultra Beasts could possibly be coming to the game and this looks to be the case with Buzzwole Ex, Nihilego, Guzzlord Ex, Celesteela and many more all slated to appear in this new set. Not only that, but the Alola region representation continues with the debut of Type: Null.

To celebrate the debut of Ultra Beasts, players can purchase a themed binder featuring the powerful monsters with shop tickets on May 29 via the in-game shop. Additionally, players can showcase their favorite cards with a brand new floral display board obtained by using event shop tickets. If you happen to be short on those, you can earn more during an upcoming Wonder Pick event that will be running from June 11-28.
Speaking of events, three brand new events will be debuting in June to coincide with the release of this set. The first of which will be an Ultra Beast Drop event which starts on June 3 and runs through the 13. During this event, players will partake in solo battles to earn new promo cards that include Ultra Necrozma Ex. The Wonder Pick event will give players the chance to earn promo cards such as Poipole and Stufful. Lastly, the Ultra Beast Mass Outbreak event will start on June 22 and run through the 28. This is where Ultra Beast related cards will have an increased chance of appearing in rare picks and bonus picks.
Pokémon TCG Pocket players have been spoiled rotten over the last year with a steady, yet higher quality content output that most mobile games never see. Coming off the heels of the release for the Triumphant Light set which introduced shiny Pokémon to the game, Pokémon TCG Pocket still has a constant fanbase that keeps coming back to rip packs and this will only continue with the release of the Extradimensional Crisis set.
