Are you a fan of those fluffy little creatures called Moogles? Want to visit their shops and get some extra items? Well, then you might be wondering how to get Moogle Medals in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. After all, they are the only acceptable currency when you visit the Moogle Emporium.

There’s plenty to explore in FF7 Rebirth. For instance, you might want to know how to increase relationship bonds between your characters. You might also want to know how to play the piano. This guide will show you how to get Moogle Medals in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth as well as give you all the info you need about the Moogle Emporium.

Where to find Moogle Medals in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth

There are multiple locations where you can find Moogle Medals in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. You can obtain these medals in the following ways:

  • Break Shinra boxes
  • Break boxes at the top of Remnawave Towers
  • Use your Chocobo to dig up treasure
  • Break boxes in caches
  • Complete Moogle Mischief challenges

Each of these methods can get you Moogle Medals but you are most likely to get them from the Remnawave Towers so be sure to always visit them whenever you are searching a new region.

What are Moogle Medals used for in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth?

You can use Moogle Medals at the Moogle Emporiums around the different open-world regions in the game. Each region tends to have one Moogle Emporium for you to visit with the exception being Cosmo Canyon which has two of them. Each Moogle Emporium will sell you various items that the Moogles have discovered during their journies in exchange for various amounts of these medals. Be sure to save up your medals at the beginning of the game so you don’t blow them all on Ethers.

How to upgrade the Moogle Emporium in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth

To upgrade the Moogle Emporium, you will need to complete missions for the Moogles. The first mission shown in the image above requires you to round up the Mooglets and place them back in the pen around the Mogstool. Once you have done this, the shop will open up and you will be allowed to purchase items from the Moogles. More of these tasks become available later on as you discover more Moogle Emporiums. Be sure to stop by and complete these challenges to upgrade the shops.
