Combining wrestling with card-based mechanics found in games such as Yu-Gi-Oh! seems like a rather strange blend but there is such a game. WWE SuperCard is a mobile collectible card-battler where you choose SuperStars as cards to fight in the squared circle. Season 10 just released and with it comes a whole new way to play including a brand new campaign mode, crafting, and a new way to level up your player.
Due to the scale of this update, many are calling it one of the biggest seasons of the game’s history. One of the main inclusions from Cat Daddy Games is a campaign mode that offers multiple stages for you to battle through. You’ll enter the ring against other players to see who pulls out a win. There are three difficulty options to choose from giving you the option to increase your skill and replay through previous stages.
You can now Craft and Forge base-tier cards that do several things to help you out in your wrestling career. They’re useful to help with Pro cards, complete a collection, or defeat a difficult level you may be stuck on.
The Player Level System is a new addition as well for Season 10. In it, you’ll be able to earn rewards and rise up the ranks throughout the season. You’ll be awarded XP during matches and unlock access to new rarities in draft packs. For those who want the potential to unlock new characters, increasing your level is a great way to do so.
You’ll also want to acknowledge your Tribal Chief Roman Reigns as the undisputed universal champion is part of an all-new card set. Joining him are The Undertaker, Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, and more familiar SuperStars. Altogether, there are four new card sets including Tempest, Detention, Noir, and Crucible. So quite the stacked match card if you ask us.
WWE SuperCard is available on the Apple App Store for iOS devices, and on the Google Play Store and Amazon Appstore for Android. For those who enjoy the classic 2K wrestling games, it’s a nice card battler you can play throughout the day at your leisure. If you’re a fan of wrestling, the characters; even ones you can’t see, and collecting cards based on the familiar SuperStars, it’s a fun way to spend some time.
